How long do the candles burn?

Our candles burn for about 46 hours!

Why is my candle not burning all the way to the edge?

When burning a candle, it is recommend to let it burn for 3-4 hours for its first burn. If it is not burned for its 3-4 hours, it will not be able to reach the edges. By letting it burn for the 3-4 hours it is able to create what is called a "Candle Memory". It will burn the same width, memory, each time after. 

How do I fix tunneling?

Unfortunately, candle tunneling does happen. But no worries, we know a fast and easy way to fix it! Grab some tin foil and wrap it around the candle and above the candle to crate a cone like shape going about 1-2 inches above the top, leaving a hole for air and heat to escape. Let the candle burn and it should be even after about 3 hours.

How long does it take to get my order?

For all orders, it takes about 4-6 days to make and ship out your order. We always try and make it as fast as possible, however, we want to make sure our products are just as amazing as you expect them to be!

How do the Reed Diffuser refills work?

The Reed Diffuser refills are for replacing your old scent with a new one. No matter if you have one of our reed diffusers or another, our replacement works for all types. We will send you your replacement scent/base in a bottle with new reeds. When you get it, simply replace the old scent/base with the new one and reeds. Enjoy the wonderful aroma.
